Similarly, culture and sustainability is at the core of the capacity we build together with your organization, community-based initiative, and community members. 

 

The mission of Evergreen Training & Development, LLC is to provide training, coaching and facilitation with indigenous communities, helping professionals, and organizations to foster strengths-based practices, build organizational capacity and create culturally relevant, meaningful & healthy narratives.
